Please allow at least 24 hours notice for cancellation to avoid being charged in full. Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 100%.

For appointments of two hours or longer, a credit card is required for the appointment. If "no show" or, no 24-hour cancellation, the full value of the appointment will be charged. We do reserve the right to refuse services for the protection of our clients and staff.



Spa Protocol

If you are late, the service time that has been reserved specifically for you will be reduced, full payment for the reduced time is expected.  This way the next client is not inconvenienced. 

Please advise us upon booking of any allergies, ailments, disabilities, high blood pressure, pregnancy or if a wheel chair access is required.

Consumption of alcohol before, during or directly after particular spa treatments such as massages, body treatments and facials is not recommended.

All spa guests must be 14 years of age or older.  14 and under are accommodated on special spa dates with parents accompanying minors.



Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are nonrefundable; however, they are transferable to someone else. A "no show" on a Gift certificate is considered used. All sales are final for gift certificates.
